RDI was started 6 years ago, by Tom Hannon who saw a need for quality lead generation in the industry. The sales cycles are so long and maintenance needy that it is hard to keep a pipeline full while trying to close current prospects. Tom developed a multi tiered lead generation system and began to provide that service to software companies and RDI was born.
