My passions are travel and photography. After leaving a post as IT Manager for a major company, I took a gap year in 2003 and 2004 and travelled solo around the world. Since then I have travelled to Asia in 2005 and will photograph Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan in early 2007 for 4 months.

Taking a Gap Year

For both students and people in work, the option for taking a gap year is proving to be a very popular life choice. Making the decision to take a gap year and following it through can be difficult to achieve.
