The main factor in website development is to get your website at a high rank, when you start off you are just basically a sitting duck in a sea of websites, the main factor in boosting your website Page rank is links pointing towards your website, here are some available options.

http://adwords.google.com/select/Login sign up select the keywords you want to be searched for and set the amount of monthly spending as well as the spending on each keyword, then once someone in the world searches for your keyword you will appear on the right hand side results on google, the more you pay the higher you will be on these results.
