Personal Development-Have You Gotten Enough?
Have you had enough of being where you are, concerning external results?
You may be dissatisfied with your economy, your health or how your relationship is working. Do you really want a change? Do you want to grow and develop?
Most people I meet in connection with coaching usually want to have a change That is why they come to me. But why is it that there are only a few who succeed with this change? In order for me to take a client, first I need to be convinced that the desire to evolve and go through all their fears are stronger within the individual, rather than the pattern that keeps him or her stuck in a mediocre or unwanted condition. If the person does not really want to evolve then there is really nothing I can do to help him or her. The desire must be there within the individual in order for me to offer guidance. I can help those who really desire to develop.
Thus, it is not difficult to know where you want to be, for it can all be done if you really have the time and opportunity to really decide that you will create success regardless of how the external circumstances are.
If you have made the decision then you must be prepared to go through your fears, to become better at what you do and be prepared for huge criticism from yourself and others. Only then are you ready to achieve your dreams.
We are all creatures of habit and your patterns of behavior want nothing more than to keep you right where you are. The surroundings are also comfortable with this, so they will also do everything they can so that you will not change, because that means that they will have to adapt and it is uncomfortable for them.
What can you do now to really take the step and realize yourself:
1. Find out where you are in terms of your financial state, your health, your relationships or anything else. Take your time and be honest with yourself when completing this task.
2. Find out where you want to be. Set up a goal.
3. Your desire to achieve the goal must be stronger than the pattern or comfortableness that keeps you where you are.
4. Develop an action plan.
5. Go ahead and make the change and go through your fears and fictitious restrictions.
6. Develop and change yourself along the way, so you do not beat your head against the wall again and again.
Good luck with the task.
Good Luck!
