Coach motivates the self-employed to achieve success.

When your day largely involves hours of work at the computer and a quick trip to your own kitchen for lunch, it's easy to feel a bit isolated.
"When you get up and go to a job every day, you're interacting with people, but you don't get that working at home,'' says Bob, who runs a marketing company from his home.
The aloneness left the single guy a bit stumped, especially when it came to assessing how to expand his business. Then he saw a flier that read, "Go the distance to reach your dreams ...'' while shopping at a local bookstore. He called the number and signed up for several sessions with a business and life coach Carol Giannantonio.
"It just really resonated with me,'' Bob says of Giannantonios motto. "I didn't need therapy. ... I had been in therapy and that was very helpful. But now I just needed some motivation in certain areas.'' Someone to guide and inspire to set goals to achieve the success I was looking for. Coaching was my answer.
After 12 Coaching telephone sessions my life and thinking were transformed. I am better organized. I know how to focus and take control of my time and my life. Now I can juggle several accounts and focus more strategically on promoting and growing my business. In addition coaching truly helped me reduce my stress and improve my health.
Its wonderful hearing these comments from a client who has experienced the many benefits of coaching. My Coaching method is based on a seven step process to change that focuses on principles of neuroscience and how the brain works. This method is very powerful and enables the client to get the results they are looking for in the least amount of time. It provides self directed learning that lasts a lifetime.
