Evidence of Betrayal

| by Daniel J. M. Galpin | October 04, 2007
Keeping consistent with the betrayal of America, members of both political parties are doing it again! Names we know too well: Clinton and Bush. Names we've heard enough of to last us ten lifetimes! President Bush and President-elect Clinton are actively attempting to continue their assault on Americans as seen on the news recently.
Mr. Bush is attempting to expand free trade agreements while encountering resistance from those he calls protectionist. Protectionist are those that wish to protect American jobs and America from unfair global market competition. How can an American company compete with the substandard working conditions in other countries? Frankly we can't, it's that simple. Not to mention the imports currently coming into the country are endangering the lives of American children, recent repetitive recalls from American toy makers show this isn't finished. Forgive me, but isn't Mr. Bush and both Congress and the Senate for that matter, under an oath to protect America and Americans?
Ms. Clinton isn't innocent either. Recently a magazine was going to do a negative story about the Clinton presidential campaign. The magazine got a call informing them, if they ran the article, Mr. Clinton would back out of the planned December cover. Thus the story was killed. If a presidential candidate will abuse power by silencing the press prior to becoming President, that abuse will only increase once the position of power is secured. Do we want for President of the United States a person that manipulates what the media says? I sure don't! What was she afraid of anyway? What is her campaign doing that would make such a negative impact causing her to order it silenced?
The betrayal of the American government of it's citizens continues to grow with both major political parties serving themselves, not the people. Time has come for an end of both. Vote independent while we still have our independence!
