SEO Like a Professional by a Newbie
| by Steven Smith | September 11, 2006
Ive developed a couple websites that have taken me 10 times longer than the average person, because I am not technically savvy in the least. I was very proud of my websites but soon realized that they were not very search engine friendly at all.
I studied everything about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) I could get my hands on for a month straight. Again, like creating web pages, I understood the concept, clearly knew why it was important, but I once again struggled in how to apply the concepts into actual SEO results.
In my information gathering stage I soon realized that SEO software seemed like a viable solution for my situation. I downloaded every free SEO evaluation software I could find and tested them out. I continued to feel frustrated because most of the software packages required a knowledge of computers and html that I simply didnt have.
Rather than giving up on the whole process, I read several reviews of the SEO software on the market. Two software packages kept showing up as being effective and ranked high on ease of use; they were WebCeo and SEO-Elite.
After trying these two out in depth I found them both to be high quality software programs. I would rate SEO-Elite as being easier to use and as a result would give this software my highest rating. This software gave me professional results to compete against the big websites, while still maintaining its ease of use for newbies like me. I am continuing to look for other programs that help in making websites easier for newbies, particularly web-creation type software.
