Just the Fax, Please

What are the facts on fax?
If you have a need for a fax number, running a home office or small business or just want to reduce costs and provide flexibility in a larger business then throwing out the fax machine is an excellent start.
No machine, no standby power usage, no toner, no toner cartridges, no paper but you still get all the convenience and accessibility that fax machines provide...
Too good to be true I hear?
Not at all, you can take control of your fax requirements using your inbox and email.
Hang on, Who cares about faxing anyway, that died years ago didnt it? Only my grandparents send faxes now.
Not true. Most organisations that require signatures require some sort of faxed confirmation. Furthermore in many workplaces staff members dont have access to personal computers and as such email, in this sort of environment faxes are often used to communicate daily tasks, safety information and corporate bulletins. Faxing is also used as an effective marketing tool broadcasting news, products, pricelists and specials putting your information into the hands of potential customers in a form that wont end up in a spam folder.
OK, so there is still a need for faxing, but its possible without a fax machine and fax line?
Indeed, if you are in Australia, you can get a fax number in any capital city that people can send a fax to. To make it extra convenient we deliver them directly to your email inbox or a number of specified email inboxes if youre a large organisation. When you need to send a fax, just write an email, attach any relevant documents and send it to the fax number at the online fax provider and they do the rest.
I assume this is all very expensive and difficult to implement as usual?
Implementation is as difficult as typing the fax number in the to line of the email. The only other requirement is registration with UTBox. Oh, and cost wise its actually cheaper than a phone call, a lot cheaper.
So the catch is that you take my credit card and keep on billing me for something else once Ive signed up?
Absolutely not, you can get a free, no obligation trial of the service, get a fax number and use the credits. If you like it, signup, if you dont then go buy a fax machine.
