Fun at its very best.

Humour is an important part of life. There is a well-known saying that "Laughter is the best medicine". Laughter not only adds fun to our life but helps to relieve us of our stress. We usually come across funny situations in our school, colleges or work place etc.
I would like to share my experience of one such situation.

This incident occured when I was working in an International Call Centre which dealt with telemarketing of credit cards. I was just out of training and it was my first day of the process. I had to sit besides an agent and listen to his calls. There was one particular question of credit card expiry date. But the agent in his over enthusiasm , forgot to mention credit card and simply asked "what is your expiry date?" The prospective card holder was stunned and so was the agent as soon he realised his mistake. We all had a good laugh.

There was another instance where my friend was handling a call. The customer was very talkative and kept on asking questions. It seemed as though the conversation would never end.My friend kept on answering all the questions patiently. After the call was over, she (my friend) was frustrated and forgot to put the mute button. she then said " I will hit that guy with my sandall". But much to my surprise, the customer was still on the line anfd after hearing her comments very meekly said " Thank you" and disconnected the call.

These are some of my most unforgettable moments of life.
