Sleep like a log with HoloSync 3D
| by Ingeborg Schienle | April 12, 2008
Trouble with falling asleep or sleeping through the night is a torture for all, who want to be fit as a fiddle on the other morning.
So it is quite understandable that some people resort to pills sometimes. An inexpensive alternative without harmful side effects are the 'HoloSync 3D falling asleep CDs' of the Blue Liners Institute in Munich.
With the lately presented CDs 'Dreamland' and 'Dreamfay' you slide easily in Morpheus' arms and thus in a deep and refreshing sleep.
A special mixture of frequencies, with which the brain tunes in, slows the brain waves down from hectic activity to calm relaxation and promotes thus a release of the everyday life and thought activities. With each time listening to the CD the brain can adjust more and more to giving itself completely over to the music and yield to the pictures which the CDs offer.
The more frequently a person listens to the CD the faster he will go falling asleep over the course of time.
If this may not work at the first time no one should be discouraged or disappointed.
As is the case for other exercises the effect increases with the repetitions. One does not need 'to do' anything - no sheep to count, no pictures to produce - one simply lets the thoughts flow. They will slide completely automatically into calmer courses.
For the midday sleep the recommended the CD is 'Dreamfay'. Contrary to 'Dreamland' one will be waked up at the end.
Both CDs are available from the Blue Liners Institute in Munich.
