Muscle Building Workout Programs

| by Charles Nash | July 22, 2008
I wanted to share a little of my muscle building workout program that I use. There is such great workout routines that can be used, but most people don't have the slightest clue on how to workout properly, so they can build muscle. When it comes to exercising your body for muscle or weight loss, information is full of misinformation and over generalized ideas. I've been doing this for almost a decade now and in my time, I've learned so much about what works and what doesn't. I'm going to share a little of that with you now.

Before you can ever expect any results from the gym, you need to have your diet in top notch performance. It didn't learn this lesson for over a year of training. I just assumed that the gym is where muscles are made, but the fact is that the food you eat is what builds them. If you're not eating properly, than you're just wasting your time in the gym. I think the best thing you can do is cut out all the processed foods and start eating real food. This means they're not full of chemicals and other things that are not natural. I believe these chemicals slow down the growth of muscle.

When it comes to workout, keep it short. As soon as you start lifting weights, your testosterone level drops. That means the longer you go, the less you get. I workout for 7 minutes, but I get huge muscle growth for one reason; intensity. Intensity causes a huge stress on the body forcing it to adapt and grow. This is the key to building muscle.

The 7 Minute Muscle is about the best workout routine you can use to build muscle and I highly recommend it.

I learned from the 7 Minute Muscle that you can put on more muscle in a 7 minute workout, as long as you're being as INTENSE as possible. Intensity puts a stress on your body and FORCES your muscles to adapt (grow). Check out the 7 Minute Muscle Review. » Read more articles by Charles Nash
