Hy there! Some of us are looking for a miraculous diet that doesn’t require a lot of effort and some are not willing to follow a diet that has more than ten days but be careful because if you get the weight again this doesn’t mean that you will lose it in the same way because what worked with success for the first time won’t work the same way in the future and so it is better not to follow a diet at all. With this in mind, we can start talking. You all know there are a lot of diets on the internet that help you lose weight but not all are successful and so I would like to tell you five famous diets with their advantages and disadvantages.

1. Weight Watchers Diet - this is an American method based on group therapy and on a hypocaloric diet that has the following:

* Advantages: the diet is balanced, diversified, with a lot of recipes, books that you can find on the market.
* Disadvantages: the discipline is strict, the weight loss is observed by your therapy classmates and it is not recommended to persons that don’t want to respond for their mistakes. It also involves time at least one meeting per week.

2. Fruit Diet – this is one healthy weight loss diet because it is based only on eating fruits with no limit for quantity. (Ex: grapefruit, grapes)

* Advantages: fruits are diuretic with laxative effect, rich in minerals and poor in salt. The sensation of starvation is controlled by the quantity of fruits you eat.
* Disadvantages: if this diet is followed more than two days it can lead to muscular mass loss and because fruits contain only 12% glucose it hasn’t big results.

3. Dissociated diet – diet based on consuming only one aliment (no limit quantity) along one day. It has the following

* Advantages: it is very easy to follow because of the lack of aliments it contains and because of the after a period of time an autolimiter effect will appear.
* Disadvantages: it is an unbalanced diet, because your body needs all the food principles, not only once a week and so you can have the sensation of being tired.

4. Mayo diet – this is a two week diet with a low mass of calories (600-800 calories/day) which is based on eating boiled eggs.

* Advantages: it has a spectacular pondered loss and the sensation of hunger disappears after 2 days.
* Disadvantages: because of the low mass of calories you can’t work, so you should take a vacation from your job and another risk is that your organism might adapt to the low level of energy.

5. Diet with nutritional substituents like Herbalife, Slim Fast – for this type of diets there is only one dinner, where we consume only low proteins (from eggs, fish, meat) with vegetables and in rest of the day only those protein supplement products.

* Advantages: weight loss very fast and the patient is satisfied with only one dinner per day.
* Disadvantages: your are obligated to eat two times/day the supplements and in plus your evening dinner must be hypocaloric or else you will get fat again.

In conclusion I want to say that you must choose the best diet that you can follow with no problems and of course go to a nutritionist to find more info.
