Fast Muscle Building Strategies

I'm going to share a little with you about fast muscle building. No this isn't some infomercial marketing technique because this isn't an instant fix or anything like that. This takes a lot of time and dedication to accomplish. You have to work very hard at this and if you're for that, than you can precede.
Your diet is the key to success and it is lacking your muscle growth is lacking. There is no way around this. As good as your weight lifting routine is, you're just not going to get that good of results if your diet isn't up to the same standards. It's just simple biology and you can't get around it.
Try by starting to eat real food. I used to eat a lot of processed foods, but as I removed them and ate normal food, it really had a profound effect on my results and you should give it a try.
The key to gym success is intensity. I see too many people doing these long drawn out workouts and they don't even sweat. I work on the philosophy that a short intense workout will have more of an effect in stimulating muscle growth. When I leave the gym, I'm soaked in sweat.
