Eat Stop Eat Review - Intermittent Fasting
| by Charles Nash | July 16, 2008
I'm here to share with you an Eat Stop Eat Review. This is a product that helps to guide you through the process of intermittent fasting in a safe way. If you're unfamiliar with the concept, the idea is that you can eat as much as you want for a 24hr period, than the next 24hrs you eat nothing. This cycle has been shown in recent studies that it can help you lose weight and improve your overall health.
A study by a Dr. Eades has really jump started the idea of intermittent fasting into the diet world. He examined this concept and came to some really amazing conclusions. People involved in the study lost weight, had improved and were believed to have extended their lifespan.
This is still very new and with most new things there really isn't much in the way of science and studies to back it up. Now, for me, I have a way of telling if Eat Stop Eat and the concept of intermittent fasting really works. I call it the caveman theory. Whenever it comes to human nature and biology, I always review what the caveman would do or experience and that usually leads me to an answer that would make it probable or not.
Think about how the caveman would of ate food. Would he he three meals a day? Definitely not. The caveman would go out hunting and some days he wouldn't catch a thing, but on the days he caught them he would of had a feast. This sort of fits in with the whole Eat Stop Eat philosophy.
Even though there isn't that much science about this new intermittent fasting, it is highly probable that our bodies were designed this way. If you're looking to lose weight and increase your health, please check out the Eat Stop Eat Review.
