Win $3,000 from SearchBoy.ca in the "Get into my Facebook/Myspace" Contest

Are you ready to win some serious cash for some serious friend collecting?

Well we're going to hook you up for it. All you need to do is get on Facebook or Myspace and be the creator of a group or profile called: Help (User Name) Win $3,000 From SearchBoy.ca

Once your group is made, come back here and register it on our Contest Forums Group. You will need to sign up for an account regardless whether you are a SearchBoy user or not. Your CreateMyWeb and Webmail logins will not work for this. You need to create a brand new account specifically for this contest.

Start a new thread under the appropriate section for Myspace or Facebook. List your Facebook Group webaddress or your Myspace Profile address. (example: http://www.facebook.com/mygroupname) or (example: http://www.myspace.com/myprofilepage)

Once you have done this you will be officially part of the SearchBoy "Get into my Facebook/ Myspace" contest, and eligible to win $3,000 USD!!

You're going to need to make your group or Myspace Profile look HOT. Start a discussion thread. Post some photos. Get people to leave comments. Should it be SearchBoy related? Well that wouldn't hurt. There's tons of elements you could rip off www.searchboy.ca to use in your group or profile. Remember, at the end of this contest, your group will be judged on the NUMBER OF FRIENDS you collect and how INTERACTIVE your page is. Invite as many people as possible to join your group. Close friends, friends of friends, family, old school buddies, neighbors you don't even speak to, ANYONE!!! You won't qualify to win $3,000 unless you are near the top of the leaderboard when it comes to how large your group is, so friends are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!

For users creating a MYSPACE Profile to enter the contest:
You will need to add the following HTML code into your profile somewhere for your page to be validated and submitted into the contest. Its really easy all you have to do is add this into your comments section or anywhere in the "About Me" Profile Fields.

For users creating a FACEBOOK Group to enter the contest:
You will just need to enter: http://www.searchboy.ca somewhere into the description of your group. Facebook looks after the HTML coding for you. Simple!

Throughout the week (Monday through Sunday), we're going to need you to come back to The Contest Forum and let us know in your forums thread/topic the number of people in your group. You should probably bookmark your topic/thread so its easy to find it.

You probably go to Facebook/Myspace at least once a day (don't lie), so when you do, just check how big your group is and send us the number through your topic/thread in the Contest Forums page.

You can check on the Contest Standings as to how your group is doing in the contest. Remember, a lot of friends is essential, but our judging committee will ultimately decide who the winner is based on the overall page as well.

If you want to work with a partner or your best friend, this is allowed. However if you are deemed winners SearchBoy.ca is not responsible for how you split the winnings up among you. Groups of One and Two are only permitted.

Your last update should be in on Thursday June 24th before 8 PM EST. After that, our judging committee will go through ALL the Facebook/Myspace pages and decide who will win the $3,000. The winner will be announced on SearchBoy.ca at 12:00AM June 25th. Best of luck to you. Get on Facebook and Myspace and Let the gathering begin!
