PACKET 8- A Review

Introduction
The success and failure of any organization and its products lies in the hands of the customer who is the end–user of the product of the company. One of the companies which I would like to bring to your attention is “ 8*8 “ which has 20 years of experience in the communication field. It has produced around 68 multimedia and VOIP based patents. Packet8 is one of the VOIP applications launched by 8*8 in the year 2002. As I said it is a US voip application, therefore it carries all the benefits which a good VOIP product should have.

User Experiences

As per my recent review on Packet8, I found that each person has its own experience with it and I have gathered some of them for you. This review includes both positive and negative aspects of the Packet8 service.
One Packet8 user said about the product “I am elated, it’s excellent “. He said it is very helpful and convenient as he is out of town most of the time, and by using Packet8 he can easily get his calls redirected to his cell phone. He added that not only is the sound quality of calls mind-blowing, he is using Packet8 to connect his 32 employees scattered around 3 states with no problems at all.
Another person who has been using Packet8 for two years is quite happy with the service. According to him, Packet8 provides all the features which we can think of as being related to calls. He also found the sound quality very good. And recommends the product.
Besides the happy customers, I found some who were not satisfied with the product. I've come across a user who had many complains with the excuses of the customer services, echo problem during calls and many more.
I met a very frustrated user of Packet8 who was astonished by the bills of the credit cards that paid Packet8 providers. It kept on sending the bills even when he has discontinued the service. According to him, all his friends and he himself are dissatisfied with the poor phone quality. He has almost lost two job opportunities because of the poor service. When asked, he refused to reveal how it happened. But still he said he will not discontinue with Packet8 as he thinks the services will improve very soon. His positive attitude is really appreciative, and this is only because of the trust he has in the organization and their services to their customers in the past years.
