Sometimes you even notice an individual that is revving his engine so to warm it up. I bet gas station owners just love those that rev the engine needlessly. And why wouldn’t they? What I am trying to say is that cars require little warming up before they start moving. In the majority of the cases it is even better to drive the car as it warms up faster. This is so because certain components of your car warm up only as the car starts to move.

Therefore it may help a lot if you drive your car for the first few miles at a constant and moderate speed as it warms up automatically. This makes you save money on fuel and also increases the lifetime of your engine. Further more as your engine runs more efficiently, harmful emissions are reduced.
